1. Inflation has remained a top concern of voters throughout this campaign. What specific steps do you want Congress to take to impact rising prices in the near term?

2. President Biden wants to codify abortion rights as understood under Roe v. Wade. Sidestepping the state-level controls empowered under the Dobbs ruling, Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham wants a national ban on abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy. Should there be a federal role in setting abortion rights, and what are the rules Arizonans should be following in your judgment?

3. You both agree the southern border is a mess. Sen. Kelly has called for a comprehensive plan before ending Title 42 health restrictions on the border. Mr. Masters has said he’s willing to shut down the government in a battle with the administration over the border. Neither of these sound like a long-term solution to a longstanding problem. What is your plan to craft and pass legislation that will make the border significantly less chaotic on a long-term basis?

4. No matter who wins this race, it is expected to be close. That suggests more than a million Arizonans don’t support major parts of your agenda. For independents or others who may be on the fence in this race, how will you meaningfully represent their interests, too?

4. President Biden has not outlined any limits on assistance to Ukraine in its war with Russia. House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy has indicated a potential end to Ukrainian aid if Republicans retake the House. Will you support future aid to Ukraine, and what, if any, conditions do you set on that?
